Samuele Zandonella is a Master student of Historical Sciences at the University of Padua. He received his BA in History, Anthropology and Religions from La Sapienza University of Rome in June 2020. His research is oriented on a methodology that tries to raise questions directly from the sources, predominantly in the fields of historical anthropology and cultural history. During his internship at the SKILLNET project he helped transcribing and cleaning 17th-century letters, mainly Italian-Dutch correspondence. Moreover, working closely together with SKILLNET’s data-analyst, he expanded his knowledge of digital research tools.
